Fire All Of Your Guns At Once

Fire All Of Your Guns At Once

Hello :)
So this is a totally random blog, mostly of things that make me laugh, things I like to look at, or things I think people need to read. Various quasi-fandom preoccupations (LOTR, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, The Office, Arrested Development, and Lost to name a few), landscapes and outer space stuff, cats, bats and goats, abstract art, lots of music, a shitload of memes and .gifs, with some psychedelica, horror and gore, and a Mila Kunis binge every once in a while. If pictures of legs in thigh highs come across my dashboard, they will be re-blogged. Make of it what you will, but I'm not here to judge you, so extend me the same courtesy, please. On occasion NSFW/erotica will show up. I'm trying to tag all NSFW content as such, but you've been warned.

This is a social outlet for me, so it stands to reason that if we're mutually following each other, I would love to talk with you here. But, just know that because of my circumstances (my About Me page explain) I usually avoid making first contact as I don't want to make anyone uncomfortable. Yeah, that puts a burden on you to start the conversation, but it'll be worth it, I promise.

I recommend you read my About Me page before you proceed.

Have fun!

For one day last year a town in Central America was covered in 8 million flower petals in a scene which was truly sublime.

While the rain of petals over Costa Rica was all part of a shoot for a Sony advertising campaign, the beautiful display stood out in its own right for the explosion of colour. You can watch this breathtaking campaign here. Organized by international advertising agency McCann, the idea was to cover the area near the Irazú Volcano — located in central Costa Rica — with a flower petal for every pixel in Sony’s 4K Ultra HD TV.

With the help of local residents, the vibrant and colourful flower petals picked from the surrounding regions, took them more than two weeks to pick the 3.5 tons of petals used to flood the streets with colour.

Watch the video.

Okay, so there’s this.
And of course, that means that THIS post is 29,999. The last before the 30,000.
On the verge of 30,000 posts… Mind you this is in only 7 months, so clearly I have a problem.
Of course, the bigger question is, what will I put up for 30,000? Goats? A Game of Thrones .gif set? Skyrim nature porn? A re-blog of a lovely mutual’s selfie *hint hint*? An answer to a curious anon? The first submission the I’ve ever received (were someone to finally send me one *hint hint*).
So may choices for such a monumental achievement. I should probably give this much thought…
